Complaints

How to raise a complaint with us, with the operator, or with the regulator.

If we published something you think is wrong — about a draw, an odds figure, an operator, or our own conduct — we want to hear about it. The steps below go from the fastest route to the regulator-level escalation. You can start at any step.

  1. Write to the editor. The fastest route for factual corrections about content on Aussier Lotto is [email protected]. We reply within three business days, and when we're wrong we fix it on record with a dated note at the top of the affected page.
  2. Contact the operator. For disputes about prizes, draws or ticket purchases, the operator who sold the ticket is the correct party. We don't sell tickets and cannot resolve a claim we had no hand in.
  3. Escalate to the regulator. If a licensed operator has not resolved a dispute, you can raise a complaint with Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC). They act on licensee misconduct and can order remedies we cannot.
